We stayed 2 nights here, nonetheless it was a really good experience. Caring, efficient staff. Friendly communication. Brand-new, functional rooms with one bed. Phenomenal, fab location close to everything.

Informative and consistently courteous personal, FANTASTIC service. Flexible check out. I liked the friendly check in/out process and the stay overall, nevertheless my bed was old. Its pool was great. Set in a beautiful area really close to the festival, all attractions that Edinburgh had to offer and Royal Mile.

It had old bathroom.

the place was spotless, i liked that. nice staff ensured a really really nice stay. friendly service, everything was first-class. the private bathroom was tiled and had a shower and bath sheets. location was exceptional, right in the leisure area of edinburgh. not to mention easy 10 mins walk from a supermarket and stores, plus excellent restaurants all around.
